The end of an era: The Penn Station billboard will be transitioned to a digital one, and with that change comes the end of the iconic Boh/Utz Proposal billboard’s run.
In an email, Smyth Jewlers said they have not yet determined where the couple is going next, but is open to suggestions. Ideally, the jeweler would love to see the image be painted on brick and mortar somewhere prominent in the city.
